BATIK

New postttt!!! We would like to apologize for y'all that have been asking for a blog update. Youween was really busy last month so we didn't have the time. But now we are back with a new update! We're sure many of you guys haven't heard about this new restaurant in Seminyak. It is located near Revolver. You can park your car on Seminyak Square and walk a bit.

The signage. We're terribly sorry it was too bright so you can't see the signage clearly in the photo. Well, at least you know how it looks like.

The front terrace. The interior was kinda traditional and vintage.

There were lots of tourist just sitting around while enjoying the busy Seminyak street.

Batik is a 2 floor restaurant. This was the first floor with of course batik all over the wall and pillow.

The stair also full of Batik representing regional areas in Indonesia.

There's a hidden place below the stairs.

The second floor was even more interesting. But the face on that frame was a bit creepy.

Oh this one was really creepy. But artistic so yea.

This restaurant was pretty big.

We were full enough for a main course, so we just ate a dessert and drinks instead. Lava Cake was the best seller dessert so we ate that and wow it was a good choice.

After hearing the name "Batik" we thought that it's going to be a traditional restaurant again. But we were surprised at how beautiful the place was, It was traditional vintage with a modern and green twist. The food price was reasonable, the staff were all dressed in a batik uniform and super nice. We're looking forward to come back again soon!

CREAMY COMFORT

Let me introduce you to one of the "instagram-worthy" cafe! It's Creamy Comfort! You guys may have heard bout this cafe. But let us tell you the details. It was our second time going here, and we def fell in love over again by the cutie interiors and decorations.

The front view. This place used to be the office of the famous axioo wedding photographer, but then they remodeled it and made a mini cafe in front of it.

When we just got in we could see the bar and cake showcase right away. They sell cakes, desserts, and beverages like coffee, tea, mocktail, milkshakes, etc. Their signature dessert is a creamy moussed-like concoction available in various flavors.

The cafe was quite small but they decor it so beautifully! And also the interior was mostly made of woods and quite colorful.

It was a perfect cafe for hanging out or even just a cup of coffee.

The other side of the cafe. This side had that vintage and cute vibes with almost everything was white.

This would be a perfect photo background!

Flatlay is totally  the best way to capture foods! We secretly took out that 2 mini bunnies from the display rack. We'd do anything for the best photo!

"Hot Brownies with Ice Cream and The Works"-58k
Basically it's a hot brownies served in a mini pan with vanilla ice cream, whip cream and a sprinkle of choco chip.

"Peanut Butter Oreo Cheesecake"-38k
creamy peanut butter cheesecake are layered with delicious oreo cookies.

Since our love for green tea is indescribable, we ordered Green Tea Latte for 35k, it was one of the best green tea latte because it's not really sweet. We also ordered Appletini for 35k.

We decided to wore a white dress!

We want to made our group photo a bit different, so Youween's idea was a pillow fight scene. But turned out we were actually hit each other hard. Yea I know right its out of the topic and not important at all.

Lastly we would like to say thank you very much for the supports, critics and suggestions from all of you guys. We've already blogged about two months now and we gain about 1800 views with only 7 posts so far. We think that is a pretty fantastic numbers. Even though we're still lacking, we hope our readers can get information and inspiration by reading our posts.

Long time no see! We're so sorry because we haven't got a chance to update our blog. And finally last week we went to this cafe, that we both personally like.

We know right, this is a very mainstream cafe. But, if you haven't been here, We recommend you to go to this cafe. It's a must! Beside of their cute shabby chic design and interiors, they also provided many delicious cakes that is perfect for your afternoon tea. 

When we just got in, we could see many cute decoration on the left side.

The tea sets was so beautiful!

The place is not really big. It was pretty crowded when we went there.

They specialized in french patisserie and bakery. But they also sell western foods.
Do you spot the cake stand and the tea set? They offer an afternoon tea package only for 250k for 2 persons.

Lorraine Quiche has a savory custard and is usually flavored with bacon and Swiss or Gruyere cheese.

Blueberry Cheesecake - 35k

It felt weird on the first bite, but its quite good tho.

We ordered ice oreo coffee, watermelon juice, and ice green tea latte.
The price range is about 30k to 40k.

It was a great day! Did we mention that this was our second time going to Angelita? This cafe is totally worth to be visited. But we guess it would be more suitable for a girls day out. We'll defff come back again since our home is not really far from here, and this cafe is easy to spot. It is located near the Lio Square's Kerobokan T zone.
